Superb years, what great memories! The education I needed, at the time I needed it… I can never thank my parents enough, not to mention the Feye family, Caroline, Sylvie, Hans and Vincent for all the knowledge I acquired. Long live Schola Nova!

Jean van Kasteel
Secondary education diploma: University admission exam in 2007
Higher education: 1st-year in Computer Science, and 1st-year baccalaureat in French and Romance Languages and Literature
Schola Nova gave me knowledge of ancient languages and cultures, as well as contemporary ones. The courses are in general very attractive, the atmosphere in the school is really good, and the relationships between teachers and pupils are strong. It was Schola Nova that made me want to go on to university, and I’ve noticed how well prepared I was for that environment, compared to many other students, who suffered in their first year of the baccalaureat. The teachers succeeded in giving me a taste for learning, and I can only thank them for that.

An exceptional school that made me very happy for four years, in which I was taught with great enthusiasm. I cannot stress too much how appreciative I am, and hope to be able to pay it back one day for everything it gave to me. Gratias tibi, schola cara! A solid humanities-based education, and an excellent general knowledge from which I benefit every day, as well as a lot of fun and well-educated and loyal friends.

Nick Demandt
University admission exam in June 2009
Higher education: 1st year Bac in Sound at l’IAD (Institute of Media/Broadcasting Arts)
Schola Nova is not only a school that fills your head with things – it also teaches you to become a free man in your thinking and in your choices; it gives you knowledge of numerous domains, making you more and more passionate about them as you go along. I learned a lot at that school, and I’m happy and proud to have been a pupil there for 5 years. And the school also has something more human about it – it’s like being in a family there. For me, it helped me understand many values, and its teaching is still with me. Schola Nova, it’s the teachers, the pupils and a mentality that form a whole. My education at Schola Nova provided me with greater knowledge of the world around me and of the past; it developed my mind and my way of thinking.

Schola Nova is without doubt one of the best schools in the country (or indeed in Europe). The teaching staff are of the highest quality. The education offered (Greco-Latin humanities) is certainly an excellent preparation for higher education. One of the great advantages of Schola Nova is the taste for learning that it imbues in its pupils.
